If you like to eat krompirusha or are fasting, then you must try this recipe.

800 g kora za pitu

200 ml of oil

200 ml of water

2 black onions

1 leek

1.5 kg of potatoes

Preparation:

In a frying pan, fry finely chopped onions and leeks in a little oil. When it softens, add the potatoes that you previously grated and strained well. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the stove after 5 minutes.

Take one crust, coat it with oil, then place the second crust. Brush with oil again, then put the potato and onion filling. Roll up and place in an oiled pan.

Bake the potato casserole in the oven at 250°C for about 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 30 minutes.

Mix the remaining oil with the salted hot water and pour it over the hot pie.
