Renault Trucks Italia has delivered 40 vehicles from the T High range, equipped with the 440 hp DE 13 engine, to the transport and logistics company Tgroup. These vehicles are added to the vast fleet of the Campania customer. The delivery took place in the new logistics platform of Melegnano, the recent opening of Tgroup near Milan, which serves as an operational base for deliveries in the city, its hinterland and nearby provinces.

Tgroup manages 48 branches in Italy, specialized in the collection, preparation and sorting of goods. The facilities are strategically positioned to facilitate exchanges between different modes of transport. The Melegnano branch has an 8,000 m2 warehouse, 60 loading docks and an area for charging electric vehicles with 640 kWh charging stations. The facility also includes a gym and relaxation areas for the well-being of staff and drivers.

Tgroup’s transport activity began in 1989, dealing with the transport of footwear between Naples and Rome. Over time, the company has expanded into the clothing sector, becoming a reference player in the market. The collaboration with Renault Trucks has lasted for 34 years, with the first vehicle purchased, a Renault Midliner.

Tgroup places great emphasis on environmental sustainability. To improve urban transport in Milan, it recently introduced 15 Renault Trucks Master E-Tech electric vehicles, guaranteeing zero-emission deliveries to its customers.
