About 13,000 KM was collected in Višegrad for the treatment of a seriously ill eight-year-old girl Magdalena Vlaški from Trnovo, in an action initiated by the management of the Handball Club Višegrad HED.
The money was collected on Sunday evening at the handball match of the 21st round of the First League of Republika Srpska, where the Visegrad club beat Kotor Varoš by 36:27.
The president of the Visegrad Handball Club HED Čedomir Guzina told reporters that the result of the match is not important compared to the victory that little Magdalena will win, adding that he is glad that fellow citizens selflessly responded to help the girl’s treatment.
Bojan Marković, player of Kotor Varoš, said that he was glad that the match was played in a fair way, and that his club also allocated appropriate funds to contribute to this action.
