Russian activist Alexei Navalny, currently detained in a penal colony in the Vladimir region, was registered by the special commission, by unanimous vote, as an “extremist and terrorist”. Navalnyj himself stated this on his Instagram profile, adding that he was removed from the register as prone to escape.
The Kremlin opponent described his new status as “good news”, since “being on the list of extremists and terrorists is not as boring as being considered prone to flight”.
