Overseas Network, April 1st According to a report by RIA Novosti on the 1st, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on the same day that negotiations between Russia and Ukraine continued, and although a final agreement had not yet been reached, progress had been made, including on Ukraine’s non-aligned status.
