O Sabores da Terra Itinerant Gastronomic Festival (@saboresdaterrafgi) takes place at Theatro Municipal de Paulínia between the 8th and 10th of March. Celebrating its 30th edition, it promises to deliver to the public the best country food made in pots, plow discs and fire pits. There will be 30 gastronomic operations and ten cultural attractions.

Held by Elo Produções, the festival will feature ribs, country ranch, corn derivatives, sandwiches, pork knuckle, drumsticks of different flavors, kebabs, stuffed potatoes and hamburgers, in addition to a variety of sweets, such as ice cream, churros and shaved ice. .

To drink, in addition to craft draft beers of various styles from Cervejaria Hebling, in Limeira/SP, caipirinhas, natural fruit and corn juices and bars with water, soft drinks and coconut water.

“There is no possibility of continuing with Sabores da Terra without doing something that can improve people’s lives. That is our mission. I believe that encouraging those who visit us to think about the daily lives of women who live in rural areas, and to understand the difficulties and dreams of these people motivates us, especially on the weekend when women are celebrated”, says public relations Renata Tannuri Meneghetti, director of Elo Produções and creator of the festival.
