The Swiss Institute for Testing Quality (ISTQ) – an independent consumer testing and consultancy institute – recently released its 2024 mobile operator test results. In this study, Salt took first place among Swiss providers in the overall result for mobile operators for the postpaid offer.
As part of an overall study, theSwiss Institute for Quality Testing (ISTQ) examined 17 mobile operators based on several criteria, including variety of offer, transparency and convenience, conditions and customer service by telephone.
Salt is the overall winner in the postpaid (subscriptions) sector with a score of 5.6 and an overall satisfaction rate of 92.7%.
