Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) paid his respects to the funeral home of the late Mooryati Soedibyo in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (24/04/2024). The Head of State arrived at the funeral home at around 11.40 WIB.
Upon arrival at the funeral home, President Jokowi was immediately greeted by Djoko Ramiadji, who is Mooryati Soedibyo’s first son. Apart from that, Princess Kuswisnu Wardhani and Dewi Nurhandayani were also seen.
During the funeral, President Jokowi also carried out the funeral prayer led by Ustaz Ali Limau. The President also had time to chat with family representatives and prayed that the families left behind would be given fortitude and patience.
For your information, the late Mooryati Soedibyo died at the age of 96 at 01.00 WIB early this morning. The founder of the company that makes Mustika Ratu beauty care products was born on January 5 1928 in Surakarta, Central Java.
It is planned that Mooryati Soedibyo’s body will be buried in the family cemetery in the Tapos area of Bogor, West Java. The funeral ceremony will also be carried out in a military manner.
