The start of the English week went absolutely according to plan. In a difficult away game in Traiskirchen, the Green-Whites were in control of the game over the entire distance and were efficient in front of the opponent’s goal after the break with goals from Furkan Demir and Tobi Hedl. It was a performance worthy of a league leader. But you couldn’t rest on your laurels for long, now it’s back home just four days later. Before the city duel next Friday against Wr. Viktoria (important ticket information) is coming, head coach Jürgen Kerber’s team will host SG Ardagger/Viehdorf in the supplementary game at home. The promoted team didn’t really get going in the spring and is still winless after four games. However, seemingly simple tasks can quickly become stumbling blocks. Therefore, the Lower Austrians should not be underestimated, as the hard-fought draw in the first leg showed. In terms of personnel, the decisions regarding the sick Eaden Roka and the ailing Aristot Tambwe-Kasengele will probably be made at short notice, while Niki Wurmbrand will certainly be missing for a longer period of time.
