Ingredients
- 1 kilo(s) of desalted cod
- 1/3 cup(s) of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cup(s) of heavy cream
- 4 units of grated medium carrots
- 4 units of medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup(s) of milk tea
- 80 grams of grated Parmesan cheese (approximately 2/3 cup)
Preparation mode
Cook the cod over low heat until it boils. Shred it.
