Both editions contain the season pass for the game, which includes cosmetic items as well as the bonus mission “Jabba’s Gambit” and two other story expansions that appear after the game. Those who pre-order will also secure the “Kesselflieger Bonus Pack” with cosmetic items for the heroine’s spaceship.
Big adventure in an open game world
In Star Wars Outlaws, players take on the role of Kay Vess, an outlaw who has somehow managed to attract the wrath of the Zerek Besh crime syndicate. Its leader Sliro has even put a bounty on the young heroine. Freedom is promised by a rather dangerous mission, in which, of all people, the Sliro in question is to be robbed. ‘)/*]]>*/ Of course Kay Vess accepts the seemingly impossible mission, but first there are a few other things for her, or the player, to do. She is always accompanied by Nix, a small but quite clever alien on four legs. For the first time in a Star Wars game, the world is completely open. Kay can not only explore these areas freely on foot or with a glider, but can also travel to other planets with her spaceship “Groundbreaker”. Fights in space are also possible.
In the trailer we see a few of the characters Kay meets during her adventure, including weapons smuggler Jaylen Vrax and Jabba the Hutt. Han Solo (frozen in carbonite) also makes a brief appearance. By the way, the game is set between the films ‘The Empire Strikes Back’ and ‘Return of the Jedi’.
