As confirmed Change y Timethe Supreme Court called the representative of Cambio Radical Modesto Aguilera to trial for alleged sexual abuse.
The investigation arose from the complaint of an 18-year-old girl who accused Aguilera of deceiving her in the middle of a meeting at a hotel to make her enter the room and perform sexual acts without her consent.
