One month after having her first child, Suzanne Louise Magnani Muniz, formerly known by her surname from Richthofen — withdrawn from a notary’s office — this week he entered the Law course at Universidade São Francisco, on the Bragança Paulista campus, where he lives with his partner, doctor Felipe Zecchini.

This is not the first time she has graduated. More than two decades ago, when she was arrested by death of parents, in 2002, she attended classes on the same course at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). The information is from the newspaper The globe.

Suzane participated in the first class this Wednesday (28), about a week after the start of the school term. Her colleagues told the newspaper that she did not attend the first few days, a period in which freshmen usually introduce themselves to the class, saying their name out loud and explaining why they chose to study Law.

To apply for the position, Suzane used the score obtained in the National High School Exam (One). At the institution, the monthly fee is R$1,220.68, but it offers a 50% discount on this amount.

The news about Suzane’s presence at the site soon spread throughout the institution, through WhatsApp groups, where photos and videos of her were shared by other university students. Still according to the students, she didn’t seem to care with the situation and spent most of the time looking at his cell phone.

Higher education courses

This is not the first time that she has entered higher education after being the one who ordered the murder of her parents. Since she advanced to the semi-open regime, after 10 years in the Tremembé Penitentiary, Suzane passed several entrance exams.

In 2016, she passed the Administration course at Universidade Anhanguera de Taubaté, but was unable to attend classes due to a decision by the 2nd Criminal Execution Court of the same city that prohibited her from enrolling, claiming that she would be rejected in the academic environment for students and teachers. At the time, she appealed and got the right, but ended up giving up.

After that, she was admitted to other colleges, but only really returned to higher education in 2021, using her Enem score to enroll in the pharmacy course from Faculdade Anhanguera de Taubaté. He later switched to Biomedicine as there were not enough students to fill a class. .

Last year, she requested a transfer to Sudoeste Paulista (UNIFSP) from Itapetininga, but left the course to live with her doctor husband in Bragança Paulista.

Sentenced to 39 years in prison for the death of her parents, Suzane has been serving her sentence in an open regime since the beginning of last year.
