Telephone conversation between Xi and Putin: “China supports negotiations between Russia and Ukraine”

BEIJING – Talk to each other. Moscow and Kiev resolve this crisis through dialogue. This is the message delivered by the Chinese president Xi Jinping to the Russian one Vladimir Putin this afternoon during a (expected) phone call between the two, while Russian forces have already entered the Ukrainian capital.

“China supports Russia in resolving the conflict through negotiations with Ukraine,” said the leader of Beijing.
