Today Vodafone Group e Microsoft have announced a ten-year strategic collaboration aimed at bringing thegenerative artificial intelligencedigital services and cloud to over 300 million businesses and consumers in Europe and Africa.

This ambitious alliance aims to redefine the customer experience throughUsing cutting-edge technology from Microsoft and to enhance Vodafone’s digital infrastructure.

The partnership includes a series of ambitious initiatives:

Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI): Microsoft will make its advanced generative artificial intelligence available to Vodafone, revolutionizing the customer experience for millions of users. This will result in a significant improvement in the quality of the services offered.
Internet of Things (IoT): Vodafone aims to enhance its IoT platform, opening up new possibilities for connecting and managing devices, vehicles and machinery. This will be a crucial step towards creating smart, connected environments.
Digital and Financial Services: A particular focus will be on the development of new digital and financial services, with special attention to small and medium-sized businesses in Europe and Africa. The goal is to offer innovative solutions that support the growth of these businesses.
Investments: Vodafone pledges to invest $1.5 billion over the next ten years to develop cloud and artificial intelligence services. This funding aims to create solutions targeted to customer needs and fuel digital innovation.
