Editora Vereda promotes the launch of the book “Astral Tales – Stories of Earth and Sky”, by journalist Claudio Augusto, on Saturday, May 11th, from 3pm to 6pm, at Livraria da Vila in Shopping Anália Franco, in São Paulo.
The work reveals the gears that connect the two planes of life, delving into different times and places, from Jerusalem in the BC era, to the city of São Paulo in the year 2072.

Through his characters, the author visits dreams, guardian angels, eternal bonds between creatures, mechanisms of Divine Justice, exiles from the Chapel, magnetic passes, the planet as a school for souls. It also addresses forgetting the past, love expressed through renunciation, suicide, expiations, the light of charity, planetary transition, immortality, reincarnation, intercession through prayer, mediumship, the law of cause and effect, longing for loved ones and the need for forgiveness for achieve inner peace.

Born in Santos, Claudio Augusto settled in the capital of São Paulo when he entered the School of Communications and Arts at USP. After starting his career as a reporter for the now-defunct Folha da Tarde, he worked at Folha de S. Paulo, Veja and O Estado de S.Paulo. He is currently director of the MPSP Social Communication Center, as well as a lecturer in courses on the Spiritist Doctrine.
