The Alayón Dynasty, the new arm of the Aragua Train detected in Chile

The Alayón Dynasty, a new criminal clan linked to the infamous Train from Aragua, has been detected in the south of the country. Fernando José Gómez Gandica and Onsly García Viña, both Venezuelan nationals, are accused of four executions, two in Temuco and two in Santiago. The Alayón Dynasty is considered one of the most feared factions of the Aragua Train and has been identified in Peru as well. The group has been involved in human trafficking and sexual exploitation, with dozens of people being detained and women being rescued in a recent operation. The leader of the Alayón Dynasty in Chile and Colombia, Kevin André Rodríguez Lucena, has been arrested by Peruvian police. The investigation was carried out by the Temuco Prosecutor’s Office and the Investigative Police (PDI) in Chile, and the news was confirmed during the annual public account by Fiscal Regional Roberto Garrido. The authorities are continuing to investigate the criminal organization and its activities.
