“The Bachelors” finale: YOU get the final rose

The big “The Bachelors” finale is online a week before it airs on TV. BUNTE.de knows who has won the hearts of Dennis and Sebastian and will receive the final rose.

Sebastian Klaus (35) and Dennis Gries (30) have exciting weeks ahead. And behind the “Bachelor” audience! Finally, there was a lot of excitement in front of the television screen. But while the Rosenkavaliers are still struggling with their feelings, their Instagram community has long been certain: Eva and Katja (both 28) should win the race. Will Sebastian & Dennis actually choose the two women in the final? BUNTE.de watched the episode in advance on RTL+ and therefore knows who will get the last, highly coveted rose.

In the semifinals of “The Bachelors,” Larissa’s gut feeling “completely sounded the alarm.”

As a quick reminder: Dennis goes into the final with Rebecca Hertlein (27) and Katja Geretschuchin, Sebastian with Eva Thümling and Larissa Schulte (30). The latter caused quite a stir in the semi-finals in Mauritius. After the supposed dream date (including an overnight stay), she explained: “My gut feeling just completely sounds the alarm.” And further: “Something doesn’t add up.” Sebastian gave a lot of compliments, but apparently went overboard: “It was just way too much.” As it later turned out, Sebastian had already confessed to her that he had fallen in love with her. It was all too much for Larissa – and yet she ultimately accepted his rose. Will she do the same in the finale?

Decision made: Katja and Larissa win “The Bachelors” 2024

Spoiler alert!

“You once said to me: Love should feel easy. And that’s exactly how I feel with you. Katja, I’ve fallen in love with you.” And there it is: Dennis’ last rose. It belongs to Katja. A kiss follows.

And who does Rosenkavalier number two choose? Sebastian stands in front of Larissa with his very last rose. “I’ve fallen in love with you, Larissa. And that’s why I’d like to ask you: Would you like to accept my very last rose and we’ll just see together where our journey takes us?”. Her hesitant answer: “Yes.” And then: “I expected that. Outrageous, right?” A teasing laugh, then a kiss. Katja and Dennis join them. “Was there a happy ending?” Everyone is in each other’s arms. The champagne corks pop and people toast. “To love, to us.” But will that last? The answer will be found at the big reunion, which will be shown immediately afterwards.

“The Bachelors” 2024: The grand finale

“Heart pounding until the end. What a spectacular finale.” With these words, Frauke Ludowig (60) introduces the romantic chat afterwards. The two Rosenkavaliers are sitting there with their last four queens of hearts. “Are our final couples still happy today?” The question is written in big letters.

Why Sebastian and Larissa are no longer a couple

But before this question can be clarified, one candidate wants to get something off her chest. Fourth-placed Leonie accuses Larissa, Sebastian’s chosen one, of not being authentic. “I have the feeling that you described Sebastian as a trophy,” she addresses the 30-year-old directly. “I want to have the first kiss and all that… It didn’t seem personal to me. That’s why I got the impression that you just wanted to be first.” Frauke wants to know whether that’s true. “Sebastian was never a trophy for me in any way. I have a very blunt sense of humor that many people don’t understand.”

“I like to fight, I fight for a long time”

But back to the most important question: “Are you two still a couple?” Sebastian hesitates: “No.” An uncertain laugh follows. “Didn’t work, no.” At which point? “We tried to really get to know each other again afterwards.” He hesitates, searching for the right words. “And after three weeks we said there has to be someone out there who is a better fit for us.” Sounds like a joint decision – or not? Because Sebastian adds that his feelings were real. That he had really fallen in love. “I like to fight, I fight for a long time. But when I notice that the other person isn’t 100% interested, then….” Larissa adds to his explanations: “I’m extremely afraid of letting myself go (…) I couldn’t switch that off.”

Interesting: Sebastian met his runner-up Eva again after the end of love. But their relationship is only friendly. And dates with Kim also followed. And what’s the big deal? Here the answer seems less clear. “The current status is that we are friends.” Friends or friends with certain advantages, Frauke asks. There is no clear reaction.

Happy ending for “Bachelor” Dennis and his Katja

Are at least Katja and Dennis still a couple? No words are needed for this. The two hug each other, kiss, laugh. Applause follows. “We met very quickly after the final,” explains Katja. They soon realized that they couldn’t even get along without each other for a week. Oh yes, that’s what a real crush sounds like. However, the two are currently still in a long-distance relationship. So it’s not entirely without challenges.
