The German judges condemn the homophobic article of a Polish theologian, Warsaw: “In Germany the judicial system with tendencies contrary to freedom”

BERLIN. The Polish justice, evidently preparing for the final confrontation with Brussels, for the declaration of subordination of the EU sentences to the Polish ones which would be a judicial “Polexit”, launches a very heavy verbal attack against the German judiciary, “guilty” of having imposed a fine of 4,800 euro to a Polish theologian who had written a very harsh article against homosexuals in Theologisches magazine, calling them “parasites”.
