Symptoms did not go away. Then they called the doctor back, who told him to come back in the afternoon ».
At that point the couple called an ambulance and went to the hospital. “My nephew was very serious. We learned that, despite an hour of resuscitation attempts, there was nothing we could do. My brother-in-law, on the other hand, came to the hospital unconscious, with symptoms of the onset of kidney failure, with an enlarged kidney, and respiratory problems ».
The Farnesina is aware of the case, as well as the Italian Consulate and the Italian Embassy in Egypt: all would have ensured that once the situation has improved and the hospital has given the green light, the family will be transferred to Palermo at the expense of the state.
