The relaunch of the US: more weapons for Ukraine to defeat Putin

NEW YORK – First point: Western intelligence thinks that Putin can still win the war and the next few weeks will be decisive, imposing the need to act quickly. Second point: the diplomatic solution is currently impossible because the Kremlin rejects it, convinced that it can reach the negotiating table with territorial conquests so significant as to transform it into the simple capitulation ceremony of Kiev, isolated and cut off from access to the sea.
