Spanish Vice-President and Minister for Ecological Transition, Teresa Ribera, cycled to the seat of the informal Council of EU Environment and Energy Ministers in Valladolid, Spain, on 10 July. A gesture with which you wanted to demonstrate the concrete commitment to reduce emissions, using a rental system recently inaugurated in Valladolid. Yet, as several users have noticed and commented on social networks, the minister is preceded and followed by two large-engined cars.
