The presenter on SRF explains how this works: “It has to do with thoughts – with positive thoughts. The important thing is that you first have to get to know yourself well. A lot of people aren’t willing to do it because it’s not a pleasant process.”
To put it simply: You imagine something and then it becomes reality. You attract what you radiate – whether positive or negative.
That works great for her, says Winiger. Sometimes even “too fast,” laughs the 45-year-old.

She introduced herself to her boyfriend Timo Todzi (30) before the first meeting – down to the smallest detail. Even the leg hair. She performed the manifestation ritual in the afternoon and met her boyfriend that same evening.
Her health has also improved thanks to manifesting. “I also had illnesses that I was told would never go away. They are no longer detectable today.”
