The Torello Group opens a new warehouse in Castel San Pietro. Twenty kilometers from Bologna and not far from the production districts of Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia, the warehouse is located in a strategic area for the establishment of large companies, both in terms of production processes but also for the increasingly important attention to environmental and social sustainability.

The warehouse has a covered area of 21,500 m2 with 200 m2 of attached offices, 16,000 pallet spaces and 13 loading bays that communicate with the external spaces. Because we combine the best organization of internal spaces with the presence of exteriors that are functional to the needs of maneuvering vehicles, with fluid paths and large squares for transit and loading and unloading operations. A maneuvering area of 10,000 m2 guarantees movements capable of optimizing the tight times dictated by the daily logistics flows. Inbound, outbound, picking and packing activities are carried out in the warehouse and has an area reserved entirely for organic products, a plus that companies are looking for more and more frequently.
