Arsenal Coach Mikel Arteta immediately intervened to break up the commotion between Ben White and Olaksandr Zinchenko after the match against Nottingham Forest.
Arsenal actually managed to achieve a 2-1 victory when they visited Nottingham headquarters in the Premier League at The City Ground Stadium, Wednesday (31/1) early morning WIB.
The Gunners took a two goal lead through Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka. Meanwhile, Forest’s goal was scored by Taiwo Awoniyi a minute before normal time ended.

After the match, White and Zinchenko faced each other in a heated exchange. The tension between the two players turned out to be so heated that one of the Arsenal staff had to be separated.
Arteta, who saw the unpleasant scene, immediately intervened. He spoke privately with Zinchenko in the middle of the field.
The Spanish coach admitted that there had been tension between White and Zinchenko. However, he saw the positive side of the content of the debate between the two players.
“It’s just pushing each other because they don’t like conceding goals, and I have to encourage that and show it in a correct and respectful way,” Arteta was quoted as saying. Sport Bible.
“Sometimes after the match it feels emotional and heated. But I am happy that the players support each other and demand perfection,” added Arteta.
The Spanish tactician was reluctant to discuss further about the bickering incident between two of Arsenal’s pillar players. He actually admitted that he was happy with the high effort of his players.
“I like it. They keep demanding more,” said Arteta.
This victory brought Arsenal up to second place in the Premier League standings with a collection of 46 points from 22 matches. The Gunners are only two points away from Liverpool who are at the top.
