According to CCTV news, the U.S. Senate’s preliminary test vote with 67 votes in favor and 27 against on August 7 local time (the test vote before the formal vote) has further advanced the bipartisanship of the U.S. Congress. Approximately one trillion dollars in the process of passing the infrastructure bill. Although the final voting date for the bill is not clear, the vote on the 7th is almost certain that the bill will be passed in the Senate. The infrastructure bill includes new expenditures of US$550 billion. This new expenditure budget bill will address core infrastructure needs, of which US$110 billion is for roads and bridges, US$66 billion is for railways, and US$7.5 billion. For electric vehicle terminals, US$17 billion is used for ports, US$25 billion is used for airports, US$55 billion is used for clean drinking water, and US$65 billion is used for high-speed Internet.
