Ukraine, British Minister Liz Truss speaks: “Giving in to Russia would give the green light to other aggressor countries in the world”

LONDON – “Russia must immediately de-escalate Ukraine. In our opinion, a foray into Ukraine may be imminent. And, should it stop, Moscow will not have to be rewarded. It is unacceptable that Moscow can decide whether or not a sovereign country like Ukraine will join NATO. This point is fundamental for us, because it must be the message that as an Atlantic Alliance we must send to the other aggressor countries in the rest of the world ”.
