Gazprom, gas transit to Europe through regular Ukraine
The flow of Russian gas to Western Europe through Ukraine continues smoothly through the Sudzha hub, where at the moment 44.1 million cubic meters pass against 43.9 million yesterday. This was announced by the Russian state giant Gazprom in its bulletin, cited by the Guardian. Gazprom specifies that the flow is lower than that of the beginning of May, which was more than double, equal to 95.8 million cubic meters, before the Ukrainians closed the gas pipeline that crosses Kiev, due to the war. Ukraine also reportedly rejected a request to pass gas through another hub, Sokhranovka, writes the Guardian, citing Reuters.
