The pro-Russian separatist leaders of the self-proclaimed republics of Donestk and Lugansk have called for general mobilization. Kiev accuses: dozens of violations of the ceasefire.

Military exercises are planned in Moscow today with the launch of ballistic missiles which will be attended by Vladimir Putin.

The leader of the self-proclaimed pro-Russian republic of Lugansk in Donbass, shortly after his counterpart in Donetsk, also proclaimed “general mobilization” on its territory. The leader, Leonid Pasechnik, has established this – Tass says – with a decree communicated online.

The head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, announced the general mobilization. “I appeal to my fellow citizens who are in the reserve to present themselves to their respective military districts. Today I signed a decree for general mobilization.”

The temporary evacuation of citizens to Russia, in the Rostov region, began yesterday in the self-proclaimed independent pro-Russian republics of Donetsk and Lugansk. Pushilin claims that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will order the military to launch an offensive in the Donbass.
