Roma – The flow of refugees arriving in Italy has tripled in 24 hours, from one thousand to three thousand a day. And there are already ten thousand, almost all of them women and children. “Numbers currently manageable, but we are gearing up if they increase,” says the head of Civil Protection Fabrizio Curcio who signed the first ordinance of governance of hospitality.
