LONDON. We bump into Boris Johnson in a cramped lineup of the Houses of Parliament in Westminster in the afternoon. He has just voted for his political survival, and talks to the Minister of Defense, Ben Wallace: “But really that (unknown, ed) could have voted against you?”. “Ben”, the prime minister replies laconically, “what do I have to tell you…”, before disappearing into the labyrinths of the British Parliament, destination Downing Street.
