NEW YORK – The pastry chef who had obtained a partial victory in the Supreme Court five years ago for refusing to make a cake for the wedding of a gay couple, lost his legal battle in Colorado for another case: in 2017 he said no to the request for make a pink and blue cake to celebrate the anniversary of a person who had changed their sex.
