TIM communicates the remodulation of some rechargeable offers starting from the first charge following March 13, 2024con increments between 0.99 and 2.49 euros VAT included. All customers affected by the contractual change will be informed via SMS. This is the second remodeling in two weeks.
There are two initiatives that the operator has reserved for its customers:
50 free GIGA per month. It can be activated by sending an SMS to the number 40916 with the text 50GIGA ON
5G even free. It is activated by sending an SMS to 40916 with the text 5G ON
The communication campaign began today via personalized information SMS, IVR voice (by calling the toll-free number 409164), web and 119.
USE: it is not possible to freely choose one offer or the other: the customer can decide whether or not to activate the offer expressly indicated in the SMS (or GIGA, or 5G) by replying with a new SMS (NOT replying to the one received).
ALTERNATIVELY
Customers who do not accept the contractual change can subscribe to an offer reserved for them which includes:
cost: no changes compared to the current offer
GIGA: 2 GB more than the current offer

Another option is the deactivation of the offer subject to change while remaining within TIM. In this case the basic profile rate will be applied, the customer will then be able to activate the offer he prefers among those available.
WITHDRAWAL
Customers can withdraw for free without any deactivation costs by terminating the line or switching to another operator. The communication must be sent by April 12, 2024:
online by filling out the appropriate form (link) by printing and filling out the form (see above) by sending it via PEC to [email protected] at a TIM store by calling 119
PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS AND FINANCING
With an ongoing payment in installments you must fill in the online document or call 119 specifying that in this case no penalties or deactivation costs will be charged. The installment plan can be kept active or you can also decide to pay the remaining installments in a single solution.
In the case of financing, the repayment plan will remain unchanged.
