US, a court in Louisiana stops the ban on abortion in the state: interventions “can resume immediately”

A Louisiana court blocked the state’s abortion ban after a complaint filed by the Center for Reproductive Rigths, the association that defended the only abortion clinic in Mississippi in the “Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization,” on which it the Supreme Court was sentenced on Friday, effectively abolishing abortion. This was reported by the lawyers of the Center to ANSA.
Abortions will resume immediately and a new hearing has been set for July 8. In Louisiana – as in Kentucky and South Dakota – the abortion ban went into effect soon after the highest court ruling.
