Ornella Mutiguest on Sunday 11 February of Silvia Toffani in the studies of very trueretraces his life and career and also recounts with great sincerity some difficult life moments, including a terrible recent family bereavement: the death of his daughter Carolina’s partner.

The actress is very close to her parents three children, Naike, Andrea and Carolina, and was also very close to her mother, having lost her father when she was just an 11-year-old girl. There loss of mother 94 years old, anticipated another drama in his family by a month, the death of her daughter’s partner, father of her two grandchildren. And, invited by the presenter, Ornella Muti described that very complicated moment like this: “Already talking about my mother’s death is a difficult topic for me. Even though she was 94 years old I don’t think there is an age to lose a motherbecause you know a mother is always there, and when something happens to you she can always welcome you, you can always take refuge with her.”

A month later, her daughter’s tragedy: “That was an even more difficult moment. For a mother, at least for me, Seeing your children suffer without being able to do anything is devastating. I saw Carolina suffer a lot, I saw her children suffer a lot. We were all close to her, she has a big family around her. AND Carolina is strong. She had a moment, as if she had taken a door to the face, but she is recovering and I really admire her so much. Caring alone for two small children who have lost their father and therefore have their own difficulties is difficult. And she does it with such determination, she is really her… she is really good.”

Silvia Toffanin says that when she read the news of this mourning she was very struck and wants to send a strong hug to Ornella Muti’s daughter, who continues to underline Carolina’s great strength: “She really deserves a hug because it’s not easy, she also faced illness, seeing the father of her children she loved pass away is not easy.”

Ornella Muti also spoke about hers first daughter, Naike, who she wanted strongly, when she was only 17, and who she raised alone. The actress never wanted to reveal the name of the father of her eldest daughter and also during the interview with very trueit is clear that it is a bit difficult for her to retrace that moment of her life but, as for Carolina, Ornella Muti is keen to underline her daughter’s strength: “When I decide I’m like a train, I knew that it was mine and I wanted it, I never thought for even a moment about not having it, even when everyone told me it would be a problem because at that moment I had to make a film. For many years Naike didn’t want to know anything about his father, then one day he asked me. My children, all three, know how delicate I am, how fragile I am about certain things, and perhaps they didn’t want to displease me. I’m actually very sorry that I wasn’t able to give my daughter a clear situation, but Naike is really very very strong.”
