Professor, how is the situation evolving?
«The floor is getting more and more inclined. Putin does not back down an inch on the contrary, he is raising the stakes more and more and the risks of accidents are becoming more and more evident. Today an Estonian ship was hit in the Black Sea. The hope is that this is to be considered a mistake and that Moscow will provide a public apology. Understandably, errors in war are tragic but they can happen if it were instead a deliberate act this would constitute a terrible step in the escalation ».
The table between Russia and Ukraine, however, at least decided on a humanitarian corridor for civilians …
