Based on a fanfic about Harry Styleswritten by Robinne Lee and published as a book in 2017, the romantic comedy An Idea of You(The Idea of You, in the original) has just arrived on digital platforms. An Idea of You tells the story of Solène Marchand (Hathaway), owner of an art gallery, who is reluctant to take her daughter to see her favorite boyband. Eventually, she ends up agreeing, without imagining that she would get involved with one of the members of the Group, Hayes Campbell (Galitzine), a few years younger than her.
The film is directed by Michael Showalter (Love Sick) from the script Jennifer Westfeldt (Singles with Children).
