The more than 600 players that make up the squads of the 20 clubs in Series A of the 2024 Brazilian Championship have diverse origins. Almost 400 cities, from Brazil and around the world, are represented in the competition. Among Brazilians, there are athletes from 24 of the country’s 26 states, in addition to the Federal District.

O No Attack created an interactive world map that brings together and details cities, states (in the case of Brazilians) and countries where the players were born. Series A. The visualization was based on the official squads of each club – normally available on the institutions’ websites – and updated with the latest transfers (the window for the national market only closes on Friday, 4/19).

To navigate through the map below, hover the cursor over the small arrow, in the top left corner, and click on the “cross”. To expand or reduce the visible area of the map, use the mouse scroll wheel or the “+” and “-” buttons in the upper left corner. To find out the birthplace of any Brazilian player, or to view the map of athletes from just one team, use the search bars in the top right corner.
