EU court revokes MEP immunity in Puigdemont and former Catalan ministers Comin and Ponsati

The General Court of the European Union has rejected the request for suspension of the waiver of the parliamentary immunity of the former president of Catalonia Carles Puigdemont and his former ministers Toni Comín and Clara Ponsatí. The European Parliament, where they were elected in 2019, last March waived the parliamentary immunity of the three Catalan separatists.
