ARC’TERYX Launches First Self-Designed Footwear Line
High-end outdoor brand ARC’TERYX has made a major stride in its product offerings by launching its first self-designed footwear line. This move comes after the brand entered the footwear market in 2015 and has since made it a key component of its overall strategy.
The brand has established a dedicated footwear design center in Portland, Oregon, where a team is focused on innovative research and product technology for footwear. This has culminated in the release of ARC’TERYX’s first self-designed shoe series, which is centered around mountain sports.
The new shoe series includes three models: Sylan, Vertex Alpine, and Kragg. The Vertex Alpine technical approach shoes are designed for alpine athletes and offer superior stability on technical mountain terrain. The Sylan cross-country running shoes feature a rocker in the midsole for enhanced propulsion and a Vibram Megagrip outsole for exceptional grip on rough terrain. The Kragg approach shoe is designed for rock fields and post-climbing foot recovery.
This launch represents a significant milestone for ARC’TERYX as it continues to expand its product offerings and solidify its presence in the outdoor market. The brand’s commitment to quality and innovation is evident in its new footwear line, which is sure to appeal to outdoor enthusiasts and athletes alike.
