The new RPG “Deep Insanity ASYLUM” of SQUARE ENIX’s multimedia project “Deep Insanity” (Deep Insanity Asylum)” (iOS / Android / PC) will officially start the service in Japan today.

“Deep Insanity” is a multimedia project that depicts a common worldview from three viewpoints of TV animation, manga, and games. The story describes the spread of a mysterious disease “Randoruf Syndrome” that can cause people to fall into a drowsy state. . While the disease was spreading, the huge underground world “Asylum”, which was regarded as the source of the disease, was discovered in Antarctica. Asylum has a completely different ecosystem and unknown resources from the ground. Therefore, in order to solve Randolph Syndrome and to obtain genetic information of the ecosystem, humans travel to the unknown world to explore.
The worldview setting of the mobile game “Deep Insanity ASYLUM” is the same as the plan. It describes the protagonist U (ウー) who wakes up in a sanatorium in the underground world and finds that all human beings except himself have been killed, and only oneself survives…. In order to unravel the mystery of the massacre, the youth who has lost their memory will embark on a suspenseful adventure.
The gameplay is a single-player RPG that is adventurous in a huge underground world. It uses real-time skill-selective battles, and is equipped with automatic and acceleration functions so that players can easily play. In addition, all characters in the game can be cultivated to the highest level of rarity, and players can organize teams according to their own preferences to challenge the mysterious and huge underground world.
