LONDON – He looks like one of the loneliest “lone wolves” ever. No statements to the police after his arrest, no trace of him in the British intelligence and counterterrorism records, no claims. Indeed, the jihadist sites and chats on Telegram have remained relatively quiet. Nor is the motive known. So much so that until last night the authorities, after two searches in London, still had doubts whether the British Conservative MP Sir
