The interest rate of the bonds will be increased – the note reads, up to the maturity date of the bonds themselves, by a margin equal to a maximum of 0.25% per annum for each interest period starting on or after the interest payment date immediately following the failure by Ovs to achieve certain sustainability performance objectives in relation to certain key performance indicators envisaged by the regulation of the bond loan by 2024, or in the event of Ovs not reporting on these key performance indicators at the set deadlines in the regulation of the bond loan.
