SERNAGLIA
Paolo Andreucci, Tony Cairoli, Christian Merli. These are the three prominent names who will compete on Saturday and Sunday to conquer the Prealpi Master Show number 22, the race valid for the Raceday Rally Terra which will unfold this weekend between Sernaglia, Pieve and Farra di Soligo.
If Andreucci, the eleven-time Italian champion, starts with the odds, certainly the nine-time motocross world champion Tony Cairoli and the three-time European hillclimb champion Christian Merli are prominent names that embellish the list of 146 crews at the starting line. Surely Mauro Trentin will also have his say at the start on the only Wrc in the race, a Hyundai i20: the driver from Colfosco, record holder of victories with his five centers, will try them all to stay ahead of Andreucci. He will also have to beware of the Caeranese Marco Signor and the Paduan NicolĆ² Marchioro, without forgetting Giacomo Scattolon, Jacopo Trevisani, Edoardo Bresolin and Alessandro Bettega.
If it is probably between them that the absolute victory will be played (but beware: in the R5 class there are 40 contenders), the battle between the front tractions will be of no small importance: the predictions alternate between Fabrizio Martinis, Giacomo Costenaro, Sandro Sottile , Alessandro Nerobutto, Christian Chemin, Paolo Oriella and Alessandro Bruschetta. Except for the first, all are part of the trophy wanted by the Vicenza Hawk Racing Club team to commemorate the founder, Alessandro Bordignon. –
