UDINE. From Monday 31 May Friuli Venezia Giulia, Sardinia and Molise pass into the white zone. Then, from 7 June, Abruzzo, Veneto and Liguria will follow. Finally, if the incidence data continues to be good, i.e. constantly below 50 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants, from 14 June it will be the turn of Lombardy, Piedmont, Puglia, Emilia Romagna and the Province of Trento. The beginning of the white zone will depend on the signing of the ordinance of Hope, which should arrive on the evening of Friday, May 28th.

Monitoring
The monitoring, putting together all the data arriving from the regions in the 7 days, establishes the first passages to the color of freedom but already the daily incidence calculated today counts 13 cases out of 100 thousand for Sardinia, 12 for Molise and 17 for the Friuli Venezia Giulia; these three regions have already been well below 50 for three weeks and all have a very low hospital load.
The Rt also falls from 0.78 to 0.72, an increasingly safe distance with respect to the value one, above which the contagion curve starts to grow again. The national incidence of weekly cases per 100 thousand inhabitants has fallen from 73 to 47, a white band level given that below 50, contact tracing returns to extinguish new outbreaks in the bud and large slices of freedom are regained, with the reopening of all activities, except discos.
The Covid variant «predominant throughout the country is the English one, at around 88%; the Brazilian rose to 7.3%, the South African variant is 0.35 and the Indian one is 1%, ”said Silvio Brusaferro, president of the Higher Institute of Health (ISS).
The data of the Fvg
The data monitored by the control room for the third consecutive week reveal an infection rate of less than 50 cases per hundred thousand inhabitants. The governor speculates “that the possibility of opening” the booking for immunizations to all without distinction by age group could be anticipated compared to June 10. The vaccines should have arrived by that date. At the moment reservations are suspended until June 2nd, appointments are fixed after that date.
The same goes for advances for bookings scheduled for next month. Schedules of activities with general practitioners and workers’ vaccinations are also suspended until 2 June. The Region has asked for the anticipation of 14,000 doses of the mRna vaccine, in the meantime the general practitioners who have organized the mini hubs in their clinics will remain without doses. Councilor Riccardi assures: “We have only postponed the agendas.”
The reopenings
The indoor pools will reopen, weddings will be celebrated again. The obligations to wear a mask, to maintain social distancing and to ventilate and sanitize closed rooms will remain in force. But Friuli Venezia Giulia, Molise and Sardinia are also working on a protocol that from entering the white zone could allow the reopening of discos, only for bar and restaurant services, without dancing on the floor.
Parks and centers in the white zone
Theme and amusement parks are open. In the yellow zone, the reopening is scheduled for 15 June. Cultural centers, social centers and recreation centers are open. In the yellow zone, the reopening is scheduled for 1 July.

Parties can be organized, including those after civil and religious ceremonies. The green pass is mandatory for guests. In the yellow zone they are allowed from June 15th. You can go to the disco but without dancing. You can listen to music, eat and drink. But it will be forbidden to stay on the track.
