Not all fruit helps you lose weight. As explained by Dr. Michael Mosley there are some fruits too sweet to be beneficial to our diet. In the expert’s sights mangoes, melons and pineapples, too high in sugar. “An average-sized mango contains 45 grams of sugar. To put it another way, a cup of grapes has 23 grams, a cup of raspberries has five grams, while a whole avocado contains 1.33 grams of sugar.” It is therefore better to prefer a good apple.
