ROME – Leasys Rent expands the range of users dedicated to increasingly sustainable urban mobility and launches “CarCloud YoYo”, the new monthly car subscription formula for the youngest. The company of the FCA Bank group has added to its range the 100% electric urban cars of the Xev brand, designed in Italy and drivable from 16 years of age. The family of CarCloud proposals has thus expanded with the arrival of YoYo, the fully electric quadricycle distributed in Italy by the Campello group and equipped with an innovative battery swapping system, which allows you to quickly replace flat batteries with another charged battery pack. Thanks to its compact size, low consumption and bright engine, it is an ideal vehicle for getting around city centers, where it can access free Ztl areas and benefit from free parking on the blue lines. It should also be noted that the new CarCloud YoYo is the first subscription in Europe that can also be used by young people under the age of 18 since its formula allows you to add a second guide, at the symbolic cost of one euro per month.
In this way, even users under the age of 16, who have held a B1 license for at least 6 months, can drive the minicar. Subscribing to the service is simple, just sign up on Amazon or at a Leasys Mobility Store, at a cost of 199 euros, and convert the registration voucher on the CarCloud website. At this point it will be possible to drive by subscription, for 299 euros per month, one of the Xev electric minicars, available with 48 working hours’ notice at one of the Mobility Stores in Rome, Milan, Turin, Bologna, Florence and Parma. Furthermore, with the subscription to CarCloud, 60 minutes of driving per month of the “LeasysGO!” Car sharing will be available, for one year. The CarCloud YoYo subscription can be renewed monthly up to a maximum of 12 months, while the minimum duration is 30 days, after this period the subscription can be canceled without penalty. The package includes a thousand kilometers per month and all the services to drive in complete peace of mind, including TPL policy, Kasko and theft coverage, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Finally, all the cars are equipped with the Leasys e-Mobility Card, which also allows you to top up for free at the Leasys Mobility Stores. (Maurilio Rigo)
