Queen Elizabeth’s secret note to Sydney residents: “Don’t open it until 2085”

LONDON We will talk about the Queen Elizabeth at least until 2085. Merit, so to speak, of a mysterious secret letter – whose existence has just been mentioned – that the Queen wrote to the inhabitants of Sydney, Australia, over 30 years ago: in 1986. A note drawn by hand and then delivered to the then mayor of the city Douglas William Sutherland with the explicit request not to open it for the next hundred years.
