Amazon, 1 billion fine: discriminates against sellers who do not use its warehouses and couriers. Search algorithm allegations

ROMA – After the November 23 sanction to Amazon ed Apple, and that of November 26 ad Apple and Google, the Italian Antitrust returns to stick Amazon. This time the fine for the e-commerce giant is huge: one billion and 128 million euros. Furthermore, Amazon will have to apply a series of measures that allow all independent sellers – present on its sites – to operate on equal terms.
