1. Adjustment plan for the minimum subscription/subscription amount on the Fund’s online direct selling platform
Starting from January 17, 2022, when investors subscribe for/subscribe for shares of the Fund through the Company’s online direct sales platform (including the online direct sales system (website: www.ztzqzg.com) and the Zhongtai Asset Management APP), the minimum single subscription / The subscription amount is RMB 10.00 (including subscription / subscription fee).

This subscription fee discount is only applicable to the fundraising period. The fundraising period is from January 17, 2022 to February 17, 2022. During the preferential subscription rate activities, investors who subscribe to the Fund through the company’s direct sales channels (including direct sales counters and online direct sales platforms) will enjoy a 0.1% discount on the subscription fee based on the original subscription rate; if the original subscription rate is a fixed amount, the The original subscription rate will be implemented.
